Here's a session-by-session breakdown:
Session 1 - Gathering Strands (North/Ruler)
Exploring the major events and relationships of the lifetime, gathering mythic threads
Identify internal protectors (or, if you prefer, maladaptive patterns/habits) that minimize exposure and responsibility
Session 2 - Integrating Barriers (East/Sage)
With threads in hand, we start to thicken them - strong for weaving
We identify and provide scaffolding to integrate our addicts and bypassers
Session 3 - Old Hurts in Present Places (South/Warrior)
Review how you show up in relationship to see where your wounded children are at play
Explores how your vision/life calling is physically carried out
Session 4 - Weaving Threads (West/Magician)
With the threads we have gathered, we start to form a seed of a question we would like to give to soul
Explores the shadow side of our personality
Session 5 - Co-Created Ceremony
Together we will weave a brief ceremony to cement insights or intention, process grief, offer gratitude, or whatever must be honored
Session 6 - The Journey Ahead
Final preparations for an intentional visionary experience
Session 7 - Visionary Experience Integration
Take instruction from vision and begin to implement it into the fold of daily life

Michael's coaching allowed me to honestly confront the parts of myself that I’m not proud of and integrate these into a deeper understanding of my reactions to the world.
